At Exceptional Study Australia we are passionate about helping house international students coming to live, study and work on the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.
At Exceptional Study Australia we act as a marketing agency to advertise student rooming accommodation options to potential international students who are over 18 years of age and directly to their international agents who may be onshore or offshore guiding students.
If you are a caring landlord or property/home owner and have a property close to any universities or RTO or ELICOs colleges your property may be perfect to list on our website for international students to consider either for short term or long term accommodation.
Students may either live with you as a landlord or you may have an investment property which you lease out to international students on a room by room basis.
If you have one, two, three or four spare rooms in your house or property (that you own) and would like to advertise them to potential international students, you may like to advertise them with Exceptional Study Australia and rent them out as either:
- room only accommodation
- room accommodation including wifi-internet, electricity, gas and water included
If you have a well positioned and suitable property we are able to list your student room/s and property on our website and social media for potential international students who are over 18 (or to their education agents) to view and enquire directly to you before they come to Australia or after they have arrived in Australia.
As a landlord or property owner you must provide your own property insurances and provide international students with a comfortable room and safe house.
Costs
The only cost to you from Exceptional Study Australia is a listing fee of $360 per year and a leads fee of $100 per student lead.
You are responsible for showing students your property directly or sending extra photos, negotiating all student accommodation terms, lease lengths, other fees, signing all contracts, collecting all bonds and rent. Exceptional Study Australia will just list your property on our website. When an international student or their agent makes an enquiry on your property, we will contact you via email as to whether you would like the lead.
Process:
1) Contact us via email to list your property on:
- A) our website
- B) our Instagram
- C) our Facebook page
- D) our YouTube channel
2) Supply us via email with a short 1 minute walk-through video of your property, a written brief description of the property and location and how many rooms are available, cost per week, bond required, lease duration and details of what's included in rent.
3) Please update us when all rooms are filled so we can mention this on our website as necessary
4) Pay the year listing fee of $360 per year via bank transfer
5) We will then put your listing online
6) When a student contacts us about your property specifically, we will email you about the lead
7) If you accept the lead, you pay us the $100 student lead fee
8) We will send you the student contact / (or student's agents details) for you to make direct contact how you wish
9) You negotiate and do the rest to secure the student rooming accommodation booking
10) Our role is done.
